Empathic Self Assessment

Empathy is a highly important aspect of effective leadership and support for anyone - the cornerstone of influence. The more in- tune you are with someone the more aligned to leading them you will be. 

Part of what Simon does when working with teams and individuals is align the empathy skills and highlight where they can work first and most effectively. This tool can help provoke discussion and thought to begin that process.

In a typical Simon Tyler way, the scoring is vague and some of you may find that difficult to adjust to but the point is that they are all worth a discussion, whether you score a 3 or a 0.

Investigating where you are on the empathetic self assessment is a provocateur for discussion with a friend, colleague, manager or, ideally, a coach. We hope it helps you become an empathetic master.
