Simon leads a 3 day workshop (over a weekend) twice a year for experienced coaches. The weekend is a rewarding experience full of sharing, exploration, challenging and new learning that kickstarts participants into the next phase of their coaching life. The weekend now includes 2 personal assessments to help the coach understand more about thier style and the impact it has on clients, and the reverse. To understand clients in new ways and adapt coaching to accelerate the impact of their coaching relationship.
In association with world renowned coach Joanne Dunleavy, Simon is bringing the New Agreements Coach Training & Leadership Institute programme (www.newagreementscoaching.com) to Europe. The 6-month Coaching with Intent Certification Program is delivered as an open programme, but can also be tailored to groups and companies. Joanne and Simon are currently working on a compact version of the programme, shortening the learning period to 3 months.
