A number of my coaching clients are in the middle of significant increased amounts of ‘to do lists’. The projects in which they are involved are increasing and resource stays the same.
Retreat!
It struck me again this week the double meaning of the word retreat, and perhaps it is not contrasting meanings. To retreat would be to go back, reverse, return. It also refers to an escape, a time away from everyday hustle and bustle to reflect and review.
Just How Good Can Things Be?
My coach, Drew Rozell, challenged me again this week on my expectations and the limits I, often unconsciously, set.
The nature of the results we cause and attract are in extremely close correlation to our expectations. We don’t realise the power we have to change the scale or extent of what we get to enjoy.

Moving On
As you make your way through life and encounter tough times, difficult choices, elders may often remind you that ‘things are sent to try us’. In many ways they were masterful at carrying these trials and suffering with them, for years, even for lifetimes. But we are in different times now, exploring and expanding your potential is your right and your journey.
Christmas Presence
The opportunity for me to play on the word Presence couldn’t be missed and instantly reminded me of a quote often used by my friend and masterful coach, Laura Haines:
“Yesterday is history, tomorrow a mystery
Today is a gift
That’s why we called it the present”
